Customization Liquid Mixing tank Price of Chemical Mixing tank Juice Blending tank Agitator Mixer

Stainless steel mixing tank with agitator for liquid blending in food, beverage, chemicals and cosmetics. Custom-built in SS304/316L with volume from 100–10,000 L, optional heating/cooling jacket, insulation, VFD speed control and CIP/SIP spray ball. Ideal for juice blending, polymer make-up and general liquid mixing.

Descripción del producto

STARK designs and manufactures stainless steel mixing tank systems to deliver uniform, repeatable results across batch sizes. Depending on viscosity and process goals, the agitator can be propeller, turbine, or anchor/scraper with baffles to prevent vortexing. Variable-speed control allows gentle homogenization or high-shear dispersion when paired with a suitable impeller.

The vessel is fabricated from SS304/316L with sanitary welds and internal finish Ra ≤0.6–0.8 µm (typical). Options include a dimple or half-pipe heating/cooling jacket (steam, hot water, thermal oil or glycol), mineral-wool or PU insulation, load cells, temperature and level instrumentation, and top or bottom entry mechanical seal. A hinged manway and CIP spray ball speed up cleaning and changeover between recipes.

  • Open-top or closed-top with pressure/vacuum relief (atmospheric or slight pressure)
  • Sanitary tri-clamp ports, bottom outlet with butterfly/diaphragm valve
  • Skid or leg mounted; adjustable feet or casters
  • Control: local VFD panel or integrated PLC/HMI with interlocks and recipe steps

Note: Final sizing, impeller type and motor power are engineered from your product viscosity, target Reynolds number and heat load. We provide process datasheet review and CFD-inspired impeller selection on request.

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES
