Selection & Sizing Guide
• Feed-water analysis: TDS, SDI (15), Turbidity, Hardness (as CaCO₃), Alkalinity, Silica, Fe/Mn, Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, NH₃-N, COD, pH, Temp, Microbial risk.
• Product water targets: Flow rate (m³/h), Conductivity/Resistivity, Hardness, Silica, Bacteria/Endotoxins (if applicable).
• Recovery & operation: Expected recovery rate, daily operating hours, startup/shutdown frequency, CIP expectations.
• Site constraints: Layout diagram, maximum equipment dimensions, handling pathways, environmental temperature/altitude, noise restrictions.
• Compliance: ISO/CE, optional FDA/NSF components, industry standards (food, pharmaceutical, electronics, etc.).
• Brackish water reverse osmosis (10–30 m³/h)
Pre-treatment: MMF/AC → softening/scale inhibitor → 5 μm filter cartridge
Reverse osmosis: two-stage array (8″ elements, variable frequency high pressure pump), recovery rate 70–80%
Options: CIP, permeate flush, UV/O₃, RO+EDI polishing
• Seawater RO (5–30 m³/h)
Pre-treatment: UF → scale inhibitor → 5 μm filter cartridge
SWRO: high-pressure pump + ERD, recovery rate 35–50%, high-pressure side uses 316L/duplex stainless steel
• UF standalone system (10–100 m³/h)
Backflush/air flush, online chemical cleaning, SDI ≤ 3 @15 min
• RO + EDI (≤0.5 μS/cm)
Two-stage RO or RO+IX → EDI, continuous desalination without chemical regeneration
System | Per-Train Capacity | Recovery | Energy (typ.) | Outlet |
---|---|---|---|---|
Brackish RO | 1–60 m³/h | 65–85% | 0.7–1.5 kWh/m³ | 10–200 µS/cm |
Seawater RO | 1–50 m³/h | 35–50% | 3.5–5.0 kWh/m³ | 300–700 µS/cm |
UF Pretreatment | 1–100 m³/h | — | — | SDI ≤ 3 @15 min |
EDI Polishing | 0.5–30 m³/h | — | — | ≤ 0.5 µS/cm |
• Electrical: 380–460V, 3-phase, 50/60Hz; installed power calculated based on capacity
• Compressed air: 6–8 bar (valves/instruments/air washing), dry and clean
• Drain & tanks: raw water/product water/CIP/wastewater pipe diameter; buffer tank recommended
• Chemicals: Acid/alkali, reducing agents, scale inhibitors, disinfectants—safe storage and secondary containment
• Footprint (reference): 10 m³/h RO skid ≈ 3.5×1.2 m; 20 m³/h ≈ 5.0×1.5 m; supports 20/40-foot containerization
よくあるご質問
Q1. What feed-water data do you need for design?
Provide TDS, SDI(15), turbidity, hardness (as CaCO₃), silica, iron/manganese, chloride/sulfate, pH, temperature, and any microbiological risks to size pretreatment, recovery, and membrane area.
Q2. What is the typical lead time?
Standard modular skids ship in 3–6 weeks; larger custom or certified systems typically require 6–10 weeks, depending on capacity and options.
Q3. What recovery and energy should I expect?
Brackish RO usually achieves 65–85% at about 0.7–1.5 kWh/m³. Seawater RO runs 35–50% at about 3.5–5.0 kWh/m³, depending on salinity and temperature.
Q4. What are routine maintenance items?
Cartridge filter replacement, UF backwash/CIP checks, RO cleaning when differential pressure or salt passage increases, dosing calibration, and inspection of pumps, valves, and instrumentation.
Q5. Do you provide installation & commissioning?
Yes. We supply hookup guidance, on-site commissioning and operator training, plus remote diagnostics and spare-parts programs.
Q6. Can systems be containerized?
Yes—20/40 ft containerized plants with HVAC, lighting, and safety features for rapid deployment and easy relocation.
