System Features
Intelligent Water Level Control
The system is equipped with a liquid level controller. According to the water level, the system automatically activates UV lamps at different heights to prevent lamp damage caused by exposure when the water level is low.
UV Lamp Failure Alarm
The system includes a UV lamp fault indication and alarm function, allowing operators to quickly identify malfunctioning lamps and maintain stable system operation.
High Corrosion Resistance
All frames are manufactured from 316 스테인리스 스틸, providing excellent corrosion resistance for long-term operation in wastewater environments.
High-Transparency Quartz Sleeve
The UV lamps are protected by high-purity quartz sleeves with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a light transmittance of over 95%, ensuring high UV output efficiency.
Waterproof Protection
Multiple sealing designs prevent water from entering electrical components. All cables are equipped with sealing rings and meet IP68 waterproof standards.
Safe Module Design
UV lamps and signal cables are sealed inside the disinfection module and are not exposed to wastewater or direct UV radiation.
