Stark Mixed Bed Deionizer (STK1 Series) is a specialized ion exchange vessel for ultrapure water polishing. Featuring a high-tower design with dual sight glasses for resin monitoring, it offers optional Rubber Lining 또는 Epoxy Coating to withstand acid/alkali regeneration cycles.

The Final Step to Ultrapurity (18 MΩ·cm).
While Reverse Osmosis removes 98% of salts, the Stark STK1 Mixed Bed Polisher is required to remove the remaining trace ions. By mixing cation and anion resins in a single tall column, this vessel produces ultrapure water suitable for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-pressure boiler applications.
Optimized Regeneration Design:
1. Corrosion Resistance: Since resin regeneration requires strong Acid (HCl) and Alkali (NaOH), we offer internal Rubber Lining (3-5mm) or Epoxy Coating to protect the stainless steel shell.
2. Visual Monitoring: Equipped with standard Sight Glasses, allowing operators to clearly see the resin separation interface during the backwash and regeneration process.
