STARK Stainless Steel Ultrafiltration System (Whole-House, Dual Canister, Auto Backwash)
Stainless steel ultrafiltration system for whole-house tap water treatment. It delivers 0.01–0.02 μm filtration to remove turbidity, bacteria and microplastics while keeping minerals.Whole-house stainless steel Ultrafiltration (UF) system for municipal tap water. 0.01–0.02 μm hollow-fiber membranes remove turbidity, rust, bacteria, cysts and microplastics while keeping minerals. Dual stainless canisters on a compact wheeled frame; easy to install in utility rooms. Automatic backwash & forward flush keep the flux stable and maintenance low. Ideal for kitchens, showers and household drinking pre-treatment. Note: UF does not reduce TDS/fluoride—pair with RO if needed.
Product Description
Stainless Steel Ultrafiltration System Overview
The STARK Stainless Steel Ultrafiltration System is a compact, whole-house solution for municipal tap water. Two stainless UF housings deliver clear, hygienic water to all household taps while preserving beneficial minerals.
How UF Works
UF is a physical barrier process. 0.01–0.02 μm hollow fibers block suspended solids, bacteria and colloids. Periodic backwash/forward flush automatically removes fouling and restores flux.
Key Features
- All-stainless build: SS304 (SS316L optional) housings and rigid frame.
- Auto backwash valve: programmable cycles; manual option available.
- Stable whole-house flow: consistent pressure for kitchens, showers and appliances.
- Food-grade materials with chlorine-tolerant PVDF/PES membranes.
- Easy service: front access, quick drain, lockable casters.
What It Removes / What It Doesn’t
Removes: turbidity, rust, sand/silt, bacteria, protozoa, microplastics, colloids, some organic macromolecules.
Does not remove: dissolved salts, hardness, nitrate or fluoride. For TDS/fluoride reduction, combine with a STARK RO unit at point of use.
Installation & Maintenance
- Install on a level floor near inlet, drain and power. Add a bypass and pressure gauge.
- First start: forward-flush 5–10 minutes until clear.
- Set automatic backwash every 2–3 days (adjust by water quality/use).
- For high turbidity areas, add a 5 μm prefilter upstream.
- Typical membrane life: 24–36 months depending on feed water and maintenance.

FAQ
Q1: How long does the reverse osmosis system last?
The lifespan of a reverse osmosis system depends on water quality and maintenance. Typically, the membrane lasts 2–3 years, while the system itself can last over 10 years with proper care.
Q2: Can the system be customized based on different water conditions?
Yes, all our systems are fully customizable. We analyze your water report and application needs before providing tailored solutions.
Q3: What standards does STARK equipment comply with?
Our products comply with CE, ISO 9001, and can be designed to meet specific regional regulations or industry standards upon request.
Q4: What is the delivery time for STARK RO systems?
Standard systems are shipped within 7–15 days. For customized orders, lead time may extend to 20–25 days depending on complexity.
Q5: Do you provide technical support or installation guidance?
Yes. We provide full technical documentation, remote guidance via video, and can dispatch engineers internationally upon request.
Q6: What is included in your quotation?
Our quotation includes the full RO system, control panel, pumps, pre-treatment units, and all necessary fittings. Installation tools and spare parts can be included upon request.
