When filtration capacity exceeds 10 m³/h, standard clamp closures may compromise safety. The Stark Flange Connection Series provides a secure, bolted sealing mechanism essential for large-diameter vessels operating under high pressure. With a wall thickness of 1.5mm to 2.0mm and heavy-duty support legs, these housings are designed to withstand the vibration and hydraulic shock common in large-scale industrial plants.

For larger models (typically above 20 cores), we integrate a Davit Arm (Lifting Device) to assist operators in safely opening the heavy top cover during maintenance, ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards.

Unlike clamp closures which are limited by diameter, Stark’s Flange Connection design ensures absolute sealing integrity for large vessels. The bolted flange top cover can withstand significant hydraulic shock (water hammer) and vibration from heavy industrial pumps.This design is compatible with standard pipe flanges (ANSI/DIN), ensuring leak-free integration into DN50 to DN150 piping systems.

With models accommodating up to 85 cartridges, a single vessel can process over 85 m³/h, reducing the need for multiple smaller filters.To ensure operator safety and ease of maintenance, large-diameter models (typically above Ø400mm) are equipped with a mechanical davit arm (lifting device). This allows a single technician to effortlessly lift and swing the heavy stainless steel cover aside for cartridge replacement.
