Beschreibung des Produkts
Hot Water Sanitizable CEDI Module for Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Water Systems
Die IT-DSHI Series Continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) Module is specifically engineered for ultrapure water systems that require regular hot water sanitization. Compared with conventional chemical sanitization, hot water sanitization provides more effective microbial control while eliminating the need for sanitizing chemicals, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life science, and healthcare applications.
The module supports hot water sanitization at 185°F (85°C ±5°C) and can continuously operate with feed water temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). Its patented membrane technology allows repeated thermal sanitization without damaging the module, providing reliable long-term performance and minimizing downtime.
Unlike traditional mixed-bed ion exchange systems, the IT-DSHI Series continuously regenerates its resin using electrical current, eliminating acid and alkali regeneration while maintaining stable ultrapure water quality. The double O-ring sealing structure ensures leak-free operation, while the high-pressure design supports demanding industrial applications.
Available in capacities from 0.44 to 5.0 m³/h, the IT-DSHI Series is an ideal solution for pharmaceutical purified water systems, biotechnology process water, laboratory ultrapure water, and other hygienic industrial water applications.
