Stainless Steel RO Membrane Housing – 8″ Side Entry Series (300 PSI)
Industrial-grade 8-inch Stainless Steel RO Membrane Housing featuring a side-entry design for streamlined piping configurations. Constructed from heavy-duty SUS304 or 316L with seamless body options, this series is rated for 300 PSI and dramatically simplifies manifold connections for large-scale water treatment skids.
Product Description
Streamlined Piping for Large-Scale Systems.
The Stark 8-inch Side Entry Membrane Housing is engineered for industrial RO plants where piping efficiency is paramount. Unlike end-entry models, our side-entry design allows feed and concentrate piping to connect directly to the side ports. This eliminates the need to disconnect plumbing during membrane change-outs and allows for compact, multi-vessel manifold configurations.
For applications demanding maximum durability and hygiene, we offer Seamless Body Models. These housings are manufactured from a single piece of stainless steel tubing without longitudinal welds, eliminating potential corrosion points and providing a mirror-smooth interior surface to prevent biofilm accumulation.
Technical Drawings & Seal Data:
The integrity of side-port sealing is critical for high-pressure operation. For detailed CAD drawings of the side-port structure, seamless tube wall thickness reports, and seal kit specifications, please reference the technical data at our manufacturing division:

Applicable Industry
- Industrial Wastewater Recycling:
Robust stainless steel construction withstands harsh chemical cleaning and aggressive wastewater conditions. - Large Scale Beverage Production:
Seamless sanitary models ensure zero bacterial growth for high-volume bottling plants. - Brackish Water Desalination:
Standard 8-inch housing for BWRO applications requiring reliable 300 PSI operation.
Advantage One
Side Entry Design Efficiency
The “Side Entry” configuration is a game-changer for large multi-vessel systems. By locating the feed and concentrate ports on the side of the vessel, installers can manifold multiple housings together with shorter pipe runs and fewer fittings. This design also simplifies maintenance, as the end caps can be removed for membrane replacement without disconnecting the main plumbing lines, saving hours of labor.Advantage TWO
Seamless Body Durability
For critical applications, Stark offers Seamless Stainless Steel Housings. These units are crafted from a continuous steel tube, eliminating the longitudinal weld seam found in standard models. This seamless construction provides higher structural integrity under pressure and a perfectly smooth interior surface, significantly reducing the risk of crevice corrosion and bacterial adhesion.Related Products
