Industrial Fast-Loading Cartridge Filter Housing – Floor Standing Series
Stark Fast-Loading Cartridge Filter Housing is designed for efficiency and stability. Featuring integral stainless steel legs (floor-standing) and a rapid-access top closure, this series handles flow rates from 4.5 to 55 m³/h, making it the ideal solution for industrial filtration systems requiring frequent maintenance.
Product Description
Efficiency Meets Stability in Industrial Filtration.
For industrial applications processing high-turbidity water, filter cartridges require frequent replacement. Standard flange housings can take over an hour to open. The Stark Fast-Loading Series solves this with a quick-swing bolt or davit arm mechanism, reducing maintenance downtime by up to 70%.
Unlike wall-mounted units, these housings come with reinforced stainless steel support legs (With Foot), allowing for immediate floor installation without the need for additional structural fabrication or concrete pads.
Safety & Technical Data:
The integrity of quick-opening closures under pressure is paramount. For detailed drawings of the locking mechanism, pressure safety guidelines, and leg dimension charts, please visit our manufacturing resource center:

Applicable Industry
- Cooling Tower Side-Stream:
Effective removal of suspended solids from cooling loops, where ease of maintenance encourages regular filter changes. - Mid-Sized RO Pre-Treatment:
Security filtration for 5-20 tons/hour RO systems, balancing capacity with operational simplicity. - General Industrial Water:
Reliable filtration for process water in textile, paper, and general manufacturing industries.
Advantage One
Rapid “Fast Loading” Mechanism
The defining feature of the STKR series is its Quick-Swing Bolt or Davit Arm closure system. This design allows operators to open the heavy housing cover quickly without specialized tools.Compared to standard multi-bolt flanges, this mechanism significantly reduces the labor required for cartridge change-outs, making it ideal for high-maintenance applications.Advantage TWO
Floor-Standing Stability
Engineered with welded stainless steel legs, this “With Foot” series offers exceptional stability. It stands independently on the plant floor, eliminating the need for expensive mounting racks or concrete pedestals. This self-supporting design simplifies piping layout and reduces overall installation costs for system integrators.Related Products
