Stainless Steel Ozone Mixing Tower – Oxidation Contact Series (With Aeration)
Stark Ozone Mixing Tower is engineered for high-efficiency gas-liquid mass transfer. Featuring a high aspect ratio design and built-in microporous aeration heads (up to 22 pcs), it maximizes ozone contact time for superior oxidation and sterilization results.
Product Description
Maximize Ozone Mass Transfer Efficiency.
Ozone gas has low solubility in water. Standard tanks cannot achieve the required Concentration × Time (CT) value. The Stark Oxidation Contact Series utilizes a specialized “High Aspect Ratio” tower design (up to 5.1 meters high). This structural advantage increases bottom pressure and lengthens the bubble rise path, forcing more ozone to dissolve into the liquid.
Integrated Aeration System: Unlike empty vessels, our towers come equipped with a precise array of Microporous Aeration Heads at the base. These generate a cloud of micro-bubbles, preventing gas coalescence and ensuring uniform mixing throughout the column.
Contact Time & Aeration Layout:
Achieving the correct CT value is critical for disinfection compliance. For retention time calculations, aeration head distribution drawings, and material specs, please reference the technical data at our manufacturing division:

Applicable Industry
- Bottled Water Production:
Critical for the final sterilization stage. The tower ensures sufficient contact time to kill bacteria and viruses while maintaining residual ozone levels. - Wastewater Decolorization:
Utilizes ozone’s strong oxidation power to break down organic dye molecules, removing color from textile or industrial wastewater. - Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP):
Combines with UV or H2O2 to degrade recalcitrant organic pollutants (COD/BOD reduction) that standard biological treatment cannot remove.
Advantage One
High Aspect Ratio Design
The “Slim & Tall” geometry (e.g., Φ300mm x 2500mm height) is a deliberate engineering choice.By increasing the water column height, we maximize the Bubble Rise Time and hydrostatic pressure at the bottom. This physical advantage forces more ozone to dissolve into the water before the gas escapes, significantly reducing ozone generator energy costs.Advantage TWO
Microporous Aeration Technology
Simple pipes create large bubbles that rise too fast. Our towers feature 1 to 22 Integrated Aeration Heads (depending on model). These sintered heads release a fog of micro-bubbles. The massive surface area of these millions of tiny bubbles ensures instantaneous gas-liquid reaction and complete oxidation of contaminants.Related Products
