Industrial RoMKer Cartridge Filter Housing – Rocker Arm Quick-Action Series
The Stark RoMKer Cartridge Filter Housing (STKL Series) features a heavy-duty mechanical rocker arm lifting device for effortless single-person operation. Designed for mega-scale filtration, this floor-standing vessel supports up to 100 cartridges (100 m³/h capacity) with a quick-action closure system.
Product Description
Effortless Operation for Massive Vessels.
As filter housings grow in diameter (above Ø500mm), the stainless steel top cover becomes too heavy for manual lifting. The Stark RoMKer Series integrates a precision-engineered mechanical lifting device (Rocker Arm). This allows a single operator to safely lift, swing, and access the interior of even our largest Ø900mm vessels without the need for overhead cranes or forklifts.
Built for the most demanding industrial environments, the STKL series accommodates from 9 up to 100 filter cartridges, providing massive filtration surface area while maintaining the convenience of a quick-opening design.
Lifting Mechanism & Safety Data:
The mechanical advantage of the RoMKer arm is critical for operator safety. For torque specifications, lifting capacity charts, and detailed CAD drawings of the closure mechanism, please reference the technical data at our manufacturing resource center:

Applicable Industry
- Mega-Scale Desalination:
Essential for large SWRO plants where hundreds of cartridges must be replaced efficiently within tight maintenance windows. - Petrochemical Refineries:
The mechanical lifting system meets strict EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards for handling heavy equipment manually. - Paper & Pulp Processing:
High-capacity filtration for processing large volumes of turbid water in paper manufacturing.
Advantage One
RoMKer Mechanical Lifting System
The standout feature of the STKL series is its proprietary RoMKer (Rocker Arm) mechanism. This lifting device employs a mechanical screw or leverage system to effortlessly elevate and swing aside the heavy stainless steel top cover. This transforms a dangerous, multi-person lifting task into a safe, one-person operation, eliminating the need for external hoisting equipment.Advantage TWO
Ultra-High Capacity Design
Designed for maximum throughput, the STKL-100core model is an engineering marvel capable of filtering 100 m³/h in a single vessel.By consolidating filtration into fewer, larger vessels with quick-opening capabilities, plants can significantly reduce their footprint and simplify piping complexity while maintaining peak operational efficiency.Related Products
