Sanitary Stainless Steel Multi-Cartridge Filter Housing – Quick-Open Clamp Series
Stark Sanitary Cartridge Filter Housing (also known as Security Filter) features a quick-open clamp design for rapid element change-outs. Constructed from mirror-polished SUS304 or 316L, it provides critical protection for RO membranes by removing fine particulates (1-5 micron) in food, beverage, and industrial water systems.
Product Description
The Final Guard for Your RO Membrane.
Positioned immediately before the high-pressure pump, the Stark Sanitary Cartridge Filter Housing serves as the critical “Security Filter.” Its primary role is to intercept trace suspended solids, colloids, and particles that may have escaped upstream pre-treatment, preventing fatal damage to expensive Reverse Osmosis membranes.
Unlike standard industrial housings, our sanitary series features a Mirror-Polished Interior (Ra < 0.4µm) and a dead-angle-free design. This prevents bacterial buildup and allows for easy CIP (Clean-In-Place) maintenance, making it fully compliant with GMP and FDA standards for food and pharmaceutical applications.
Engineering Data & Pressure Drop:
Selecting the right housing minimizes system energy loss. For flow vs. pressure drop curves, O-ring chemical compatibility guides (EPDM/Viton/Silicone), and maximum operating pressure charts, please reference the technical data at our manufacturing division:

Applicable Industry
- RO Security Filtration:
Installed before the high-pressure pump to intercept 1-5 micron particles, protecting RO membranes from fouling and physical damage. - Food & Beverage Clarification:
Ideal for removing haze and particulates from syrup, beer, wine, and bottled water in sanitary processing lines. - Fine Chemicals & Solvents:
Compatible with aggressive solvents and chemicals (using 316L material) for particle removal in chemical manufacturing.
Advantage One
Quick-Open Clamp for Zero Downtime
Traditional flange-type filter housings require unscrewing multiple bolts to change filter elements, causing significant downtime. Stark’s Quick-Open Clamp design allows operators to open the housing without tools in under 30 seconds. This rapid access feature significantly boosts operational efficiency during routine cartridge replacements.Advantage TWO
Sanitary Mirror Polish
Hygiene is non-negotiable for security filters. All Stark stainless steel housings undergo electro-polishing to achieve a mirror finish (Ra < 0.4µm) on both interior and exterior surfaces. This ultra-smooth finish prevents bacterial adhesion and scale buildup, ensuring the highest water purity output and simplifying cleaning procedures.Related Products
