Stainless Steel Sterile Water Tank – Conical Head Aseptic Storage Series

Stark Sterile Water Tank (Conical Head Series) is the ultimate solution for aseptic liquid storage. Manufactured from sanitary-grade SUS304/316L with internal mirror polishing, this vessel prevents bacterial growth and is ideal for pharmaceutical (WFI) and food-grade applications.

Product Description

The Guardian of Water Purity.

Storing purified water requires a vessel that meets the strictest hygiene standards. The Stark STK1 Sterile Water Tank is engineered to prevent “secondary pollution.” Unlike standard industrial tanks, our aseptic vessels feature a Conical Head Design which eliminates dead legs where bacteria could harbor, while providing superior pressure resistance during sterilization cycles.

The interior surface undergoes Sanitary Mirror Polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4µm), creating an ultra-smooth finish that ensures no residue remains after cleaning, fully complying with GMP and FDA requirements.

Nozzle Orientation & Material Certs:
Proper nozzle placement (inlet, outlet, vent, spray ball) is critical for piping layout. For detailed engineering drawings and 316L material certificates, please reference the technical data at our manufacturing division:

Applicable Industry

  • Pharmaceutical Industry:
Essential storage for Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI). The 316L material and aseptic design meet strict pharmacopeia standards.
  • Food & Beverage:
Used for storing ingredient water, syrups, or liquid dairy. The sanitary finish allows for effective CIP (Clean-in-Place) to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Cosmetics Manufacturing:
Microbiologically sensitive products like lotions and creams require water stored in sterile conditions to ensure product stability.

Advantage One

Sanitary Mirror Polishing

Hygiene starts at the surface level. Our sterile tanks feature an internal Mirror Polish Finish.By smoothing the stainless steel to a microscopic level, we remove crevices where bacteria could hide. This also makes the tank wall “non-stick,” allowing for complete drainage and easier cleaning.

Advantage TWO

Conical Head Structure

The Conical Top and Bottom are not just for aesthetics; they are functional necessities for aseptic storage. The conical shape prevents external dust/water accumulation on top, while the bottom cone ensures 100% gravity drainage of the liquid, leaving zero residual water inside the tank.
