Small skids (0.5–2 m³/h) are typically 1–2 days; mid-scale (3–10 m³/h) 2–4 days; larger plants 1–2 weeks depending on utilities and raw-water stability.
What do we prepare before your team arrives?
Provide power, raw water, drains, forklift/access, chemical storage, and appoint operators for training. Share any plant safety inductions in advance.
Do you provide SOPs and CIP recipes?
Yes—startup/shutdown SOPs, alarm handling, and CIP procedures with chemical set-points are part of the handover package.
