This RO commissioning project site documents how we install, commission and hand over industrial RO/pretreatment lines. It explains the scope, the acceptance KPIs, the deliverables, and shows captioned photos so buyers can evaluate our on-site quality.
Why this RO commissioning project site matters
Clear procedures and data-backed acceptance help plants achieve predictable permeate quality, stable recovery and safe operations from day one.
Snapshots from factory installation, commissioning, and operator training. Each photo is captioned for context so this section is indexable and helpful to buyers.
On-site Scope & Purpose
We provide end-to-end installation, commissioning and operator training for industrial RO/pretreatment lines. This section documents the activities and acceptance criteria typically used on our projects so buyers can understand what happens at the project site.

FAQs
How long does commissioning take?
Small skids (0.5–2 m³/h) are typically 1–2 days; mid-scale (3–10 m³/h) 2–4 days; larger plants 1–2 weeks depending on utilities and raw-water stability.
What do we prepare before your team arrives?
Provide power, raw water, drains, forklift/access, chemical storage, and appoint operators for training. Share any plant safety inductions in advance.
Do you provide SOPs and CIP recipes?
Yes—startup/shutdown SOPs, alarm handling, and CIP procedures with chemical set-points are part of the handover package.
