Industrial EDI Module | IONTECH EC Continuous Electrodeionization System | COVNA STARK
The IONTECH EC Industrial EDI Module is a continuous electrodeionization solution for producing high-purity water from RO permeate. With recovery rates of 90–95%, chemical-free operation, and nominal flow capacities up to 8 m³/h, it is ideal for industrial ultrapure water applications.
Product Description
High-Flow Continuous Electrodeionization for Industrial Water Treatment
The IONTECH EC Industrial EDI Module is engineered to provide reliable and continuous production of high-purity water for demanding industrial applications. Using continuous electrodeionization technology, the module removes dissolved ions from RO permeate without requiring chemical regeneration, helping reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
Designed for long-term operation, the EC Series combines ion exchange resins with ion-selective membranes and an electric field to maintain stable water quality. The series is available in three standard models—EC3000, EC5000, and EC8000—with nominal flow capacities ranging from 3.0 to 8.0 m³/h.
Its robust construction features double O-ring sealing for leak prevention, excellent electrical insulation, and resistance to acid and alkali cleaning. The module is suitable for integration into high-purity water systems serving industries such as power generation, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemical processing, and steel production.
