The COVNA STARK 304 Stainless Steel Reactor Tank is designed to provide efficient mixing and chemical reaction performance for wastewater treatment and industrial processing applications. Constructed from premium SUS304 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, structural strength, and long service life.
This system features two reactor tanks connected with a carbon steel observation platform and access ladder, enabling safe operation and convenient maintenance. The reactor can be configured for processes such as chemical dosing, neutralization, coagulation, flocculation, oxidation, and pH adjustment.
To accommodate different production needs, the reactor tank can be equipped with various agitator designs, heating jackets, insulation systems, level sensors, temperature monitoring devices, PLC automation, and customized process connections. Its modular design makes it suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects across multiple industries.
