The Final Step to Ultrapurity (18 MΩ·cm).

While Reverse Osmosis removes 98% of salts, the Stark STK1 Mixed Bed Polisher is required to remove the remaining trace ions. By mixing cation and anion resins in a single tall column, this vessel produces ultrapure water suitable for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-pressure boiler applications.

Optimized Regeneration Design:

1. Corrosion Resistance: Since resin regeneration requires strong Acid (HCl) and Alkali (NaOH), we offer internal Rubber Lining (3-5mm) or Epoxy Coating to protect the stainless steel shell.

2. Visual Monitoring: Equipped with standard Sight Glasses, allowing operators to clearly see the resin separation interface during the backwash and regeneration process.

Precision Regeneration Control (Sight Glass)

Regenerating a mixed bed requires separating the Anion and Cation resins into two distinct layers. The STK1 series features strategically placed Sight Glasses.These windows allow operators to visually confirm the interface level between the resins during backwashing, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring successful regeneration.

To withstand the harsh Hydrochloric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide used during regeneration, we offer an optional Internal Rubber Lining.This lining creates a robust chemical barrier, protecting the stainless steel vessel from corrosion and significantly extending the service life of the equipment in acidic/alkaline environments.
