Delivering product water resistivity above 17–18 MΩ·cm, over 95% silica and boron removal, and 99.8% sodium and chloride removal, it provides continuous chemical-free operation for power plants, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and other demanding high-purity water applications.
Product Description
High-Flow Industrial EDI Module for Continuous Ultrapure Water Production
The IT-VNS MAX Industrial High-Flow EDI Module is engineered to deliver reliable, high-purity water for industrial applications requiring continuous operation and exceptional water quality. Utilizing advanced continuous electrodeionization (CEDI) technology, the module removes dissolved ions from RO permeate or DI water without chemical regeneration, ensuring stable performance while reducing operating costs and environmental impact.
Designed for industries with strict water quality requirements, the IT-VNS MAX produces ultrapure water with product resistivity exceeding 17 MΩ·cm when fed with RO permeate and 18 MΩ·cm when supplied with DI water. The module also achieves over 95% removal of silica and boron, while reducing sodium and chloride by 99.8%, making it suitable for ultra-supercritical boiler feedwater, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and precision electronics.
The module features an integrated junction box with excellent electrical insulation, a double O-ring sealing structure for leak-free operation, and supports both horizontal and vertical installation. Operating continuously at pressures up to 7 bar (100 psi) and temperatures up to 45°C, it provides long-term reliability for industrial ultrapure water systems.
With no need for acid/alkali regeneration or mixed-bed resin replacement, the IT-VNS MAX significantly simplifies system operation while lowering maintenance costs.
