IT-DS Series Industrial EDI Module | Continuous Electrodeionization for High-Purity Water | COVNA STARK
The IT-DS Series Industrial EDI Module is a continuous electrodeionization (EDI) solution designed for industrial ultrapure water production. Delivering product water resistivity up to 17 MΩ·cm at nominal flow, silica removal up to 99%, and continuous chemical-free operation, it is ideal for pharmaceutical, electronics, power generation, food processing, laboratories, and industrial RO-EDI water treatment systems.
Product Description
Reliable Continuous Electrodeionization for Industrial High-Purity Water
The IT-DS Series Industrial EDI Module is designed to provide stable, continuous production of high-purity water without the need for chemical regeneration. By combining ion exchange membranes with an electrically regenerated resin bed, the module continuously removes dissolved ions from RO permeate, eliminating the downtime and maintenance associated with conventional mixed-bed resin systems.
Compared with traditional ion exchange technology, the IT-DS Series offers better water quality, lower operating costs, and environmentally friendly performance by eliminating acid and alkali regeneration chemicals.
Manufactured with durable engineering materials and equipped with double O-ring sealing technology, the module ensures reliable leak-free operation and excellent electrical insulation. The IT-DS Series supports continuous operation at pressures up to 7 bar (100 psi) and temperatures up to 45°C (113°F), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial ultrapure water applications.
Available in capacities from 0.44 to 5.0 m³/h, the IT-DS Series can be integrated into both new and existing RO + EDI water treatment systems.
